Committee Charge

  1. Encourage the accumulation in the institutional archives of written, photographic, and oral records of significant value of the history of North Carolina State University and its member units.
  2. Encourage the preparation annually or biennially of a historical report on each College or major unit belonging to North Carolina State University.
  3. Perform such other duties as may be pertinent to the historical function.

Naming of Buildings, Streets, and Campus Areas

  1. Review recommendations from others and make recommendations to the Chancellor in accordance with the criteria and procedures for naming facilities approved by the Board of Trustees.
