Meeting Schedule
The Fee Appeals Committee meets once or twice each semester during the academic year. The meetings are scheduled based on the availability of committee members.
Committee Charge
- Function as an objective intermediary between the student and the University when questions arise concerning refunds of tuition, fees (all types), and room rentals.
- Interpret facts and circumstances and render a decision, so as to protect both the rights of the student and of the University.
- Students submit their appeals to the Committee primarily through the following three offices after all efforts to resolve the issue have been made.
- University Cashier and Student Accounts Office for tuition and fees (all types);
- Department of Registration and Records charges for late registration; and
- Office of University Housing charges for room rentals, damages, etc.
