The committee met during the academic year twice, [11/25/2008 and 4/03/2009]. We heard 8 appeals.  The outcomes of the appeals were as follows:

Granted               2

There was no need to elect a new chairman due to the fact the committee will become an administrative committee beginning with the next academic year.
