License for NC State to use Contribution of Author in a Workshop
CONTRIBUTOR'S AGREEMENT
Certain material (the "Contribution") on the subject of _________________ to be contributed by the undersigned (the
"Contributor") will be included in a workshop notebook compiled by NC State University ("NC State) in connection with a workshop titled _________________ (this notebook hereafter being referred to as the "Work"). NC State will publish, sell, and distribute the Work. The Contributor agrees as follows:
1. The Contributor is responsible for including any copyright notice he/she wants on the Contribution.
2. The Contributor grants NC State a perpetual, world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, sell, display, and distribute the Contribution, but only so long as it is part of the Work.
3. The use of Contributor1s name on the Work and on any supplements or revisions thereof is authorized.
4. Contributor warrants that the publication by NC State of the Contribution submitted by Contributor will not: (1) violate any copyright law; (2) infringe in any way the literary property of another; (3) contain libelous matter, or (4) violate any right of privacy or right of publicity of third parties.
5.It is understood and agreed that NC State is not obligated to publish the Contribution.
