As a comprehensive, research-extensive university, NC State is committed to developing and supporting world-class scholars. It is important to both celebrate faculty who have been recognized nationally and internationally for contributions to their disciplines as well as to encourage faculty to pursue national and international opportunities for excellence in their fields.

We have created this page as a resource to highlight several prominent national awards and fellowships in one place that our faculty may be interested in and eligible for. The list below was developed based on reference documents from the Association of American Universities and the Center for Measuring University Performance.
